Terms and conditions

These terms cover your use of PetAi, the desktop console and Android app made by Sarabjit Singh and distributed from profithunterguru.com. By installing or running PetAi, you agree to them.

What PetAi is

PetAi is software that runs on your own Windows PC and, through a paired Android app, on your phone. It gives you one console to chat with AI models, a desktop helper ("the Agent") that can read your screen, edit documents and run tasks with your approval, and tools for notes, documents, research, schedules, WhatsApp messaging and stock screening. PetAi connects to AI models and other services using accounts and API keys you provide; it is not itself an AI model.

License to use it

Subject to these terms, Sarabjit Singh grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and run PetAi on devices you own or control, for your own use. This license does not give you any ownership in PetAi, and does not include the right to resell, sublicense, rent out or distribute PetAi, or to remove or alter its branding, except as the project's own license file (if PetAi is distributed with open-source source code) separately permits for that source code.

Acceptable use

1. Use PetAi only for lawful purposes, and in line with the terms of any AI provider, broker, messaging platform or other third-party service you connect it to.
2. Do not use PetAi's agent, messaging or trading features to harass, spam, defraud or impersonate anyone, or to send bulk messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
3. Do not attempt to break, bypass or interfere with the safety confirmations PetAi asks for before the Agent takes a risky, irreversible or paid action.
4. You are responsible for any instruction you give the Agent and for any action you approve it to take; PetAi carries out what you ask and confirm, it does not decide on your behalf.
5. Do not reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from PetAi where it is distributed only as a compiled program, except to the extent a law that cannot be excluded allows it.

Your own AI keys and accounts

PetAi works with your own accounts and API keys for the AI providers, brokers and other services you choose to connect. Those accounts and any costs, usage limits or terms attached to them are between you and that provider; PetAi is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for a provider's pricing, availability, output, or how it handles your data once your request reaches it.

Markets and trading features

PetAi's stock screener and market tools are for information and practice. Figures from screeners, scans and the paper (practice) trading account are estimates and should not be treated as investment advice. If you choose to connect a real brokerage account and switch on real order placement, every order it places is one you have configured and approved; you are solely responsible for the outcome of any real trade, and for complying with your broker's and your market regulator's own rules.

No warranty

PetAi is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. No one associated with PetAi warrants that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI model's output will be accurate, complete or suitable for your purpose. You are responsible for checking anything important an AI model or the Agent produces before relying on it.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sarabjit Singh and profithunterguru.com will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or any loss of profits, data, trading losses or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use PetAi, even if advised of the possibility of such loss. Where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, it is limited to the amount, if any, you paid for PetAi in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes, and ending use

PetAi and these terms may change over time as features are added or improved; the "last updated" date above will change with them. You can stop using PetAi and uninstall it at any time. These terms end automatically if you breach them in a way that is not corrected after being asked to fix it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the courts having jurisdiction there, except where local law gives you other mandatory rights that cannot be excluded.
