Refund policy

PetAi is sold on profithunterguru.com as a one-time Personal Licence or Developer Licence. A PetAi licence is never refundable, so please watch the demo and ask us your questions before you buy.

The short version: PetAi licences are never refundable. Profit Hunter Guru courses are refundable only if you added the optional ₹500 refund protection at checkout and ask within 7 days. The same rule is shown on profithunterguru.com and at checkout.

PetAi licences

The PetAi Personal Licence and Developer Licence are bought and billed on profithunterguru.com, not inside the PetAi app. PetAi does not process payments, subscriptions or in-app purchases of its own. A licence is delivered as software that you keep using, so it is never refundable. Before buying, see the demo, open the console preview and ask us anything.

Profit Hunter Guru courses

Courses bought on profithunterguru.com are not refundable by default. At checkout you can add optional refund protection for ₹500. With it, you can ask for a refund of the course price within 7 days of purchase; the ₹500 itself is not refunded. The full rules are in the Profit Hunter Guru refund policy.

What this policy does not cover

  1. Fees you pay directly to a third-party AI provider (for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq or another provider) for the API key you connect to PetAi. Those are billed by that provider under its own terms, and refunds for them are that provider's decision, not PetAi's.
  2. Outcomes of real trades placed through a brokerage account you connected and approved real orders for. PetAi's market tools are informational; trading losses are not something PetAi refunds.
  3. Any cost of your own hardware, electricity, or a third-party service (such as a remote GPU notebook) you chose to use alongside PetAi.

How to ask for a refund

Contact support through the contact page at profithunterguru.com/contact, or the address shown in the app under Settings › About, with the date of purchase and what you bought. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
