Send a message, with pictures or videos, to one person or to a whole list, one by one from your own WhatsApp. Read the names, numbers, messages and pictures from a Google Sheet, put each person's name in the message, keep templates, or set a time and let PetAi send it for you. The Agent can do the same: say "send this photo to Asha and Ravi tomorrow at 9".

Share the sheet as "Anyone with the link" (Viewer). Columns: name, phone, and optionally a message and a picture or video link for each person. The picture/video column needs a link or file name in the cell (like a Google Drive share link, or a file you've already added above) - a picture pasted into the cell itself (Insert > Image > Image in cell) can't be read back by PetAi, so that row's picture won't go out.

Each person gets their own message in turn, with a short pause so WhatsApp does not mistake it for spam.

Write {name} where the person's name goes, {first_name} for the first word of it. Any column of a Google Sheet works too, like {city} or {amount} - except the picture/video column: that always goes as the attachment, so a placeholder for it (like {image}) is just left blank in the text.
